We were referred to Carlos’ company after issues with our rental reservation made online. The car was reliable for our 2-week stay, Carlos was friendly and helpful, but the recommendations he gave us for our travels were truly invaluable. Much more than just renting a car! Follow his recommendations for restaurants, hot springs, parks, and activities with kids!
Our vehicle was reliable for our 3 week stay. The daily price was reasonable and the security deposit was the lowest we found among ALL other car rentals in SJO / San Jose. They dropped the car off at our hotel and picked it up when we departed at the airport. Carlos is a true professional and a fair businessman. Would rent again in the future.
Saved us from a cancelled Hertz reservation! I had a car rented from Hertz but my flight was delayed so they cancelled my order and didn’t have any other vehicles available. Was pointed to this gem of CR! He came to the airport in the vehicle and picked us up and drove us to the business location to get all paperwork signed and suggested a great place to eat before heading to Jaco/Parrita. We had a hotel 30 mins from his location the night before flying out and he came to the hotel to pick up the car. Handled those unpaved roads and mountains like a champ!!!
